Can I request free samples before placing an order?
Absolutely. We offer free samples so you can evaluate color, texture, and quality before committing to a bulk order. You only need to cover the courier cost.
Do you offer OEM or customized design services?
Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM services, including customized sizes, colors, surface textures, and packaging based on your project or branding needs.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product type, typically 200–500 square meters. However, we are flexible for trial orders or sample projects.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 days, depending on order size and customization. Urgent orders can be prioritized upon request.
How can I confirm my order after quotation?
Once you approve the quotation, we’ll send a Proforma Invoice (PI) for confirmation. Production starts after receiving your deposit payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and Western Union. For new clients, a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is standard.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, our sales team provides regular production updates with photos or videos, so you can track progress in real time.
What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will assess the issue and provide replacement or compensation promptly.
How do I handle color fading or expansion issues?
Slight color variation is normal within the first few months of exposure. Proper spacing and installation will prevent expansion-related problems.
